Guided Meditation & Grounding: We could all use a good, guided meditation… meditating on your own (whether you are new or experienced) can be challenging.  Experience a guided meditation in a group setting, leaving you feeling more connected to your internal experience and those around you.

Somatic Breathwork: Empower yourself with tools to clear stress and feel fully alive as you delve deep into your body’s potential through the power of breath.

Cold Plunge: Build mental strength, resilience, and confidence as you breathe through the discomfort of an ice bath, supporting you in maintaining composure in challenging circumstances.

No Experience Needed: Self-care isn’t always easy or convenient. That’s why we’ve created the ultimate Self-Care experience for you to regularly connect with yourself so you can be the best version of yourself in the world.
