Join us for a live group session of transformative Somatic Breathwork, where we’ll guide you through 50 minutes of deep exploration and rejuvenation. In this immersive experience, you’ll have the opportunity to release tension, find clarity, and tap into your inner resilience, all within the supportive energy of the group!

  • Duration: 50 min (5min intro, 45min breathwork, 10min integration)
  • Purpose: Release tension, find clarity, and tap into inner resilience
  • Format:
    • Guided Somatic Breathwork led by certified facilitator
    • Group setting for shared support and encouragement
